This is a fully furnished apartment with utilities included. Its a 2/ bed 1bath. Own entrance private driveway nice subdivision with use of pool in summer. There is an eat in kitchenette with fridge, hot plate, microwave,large toaster oven,coffee pot tea kettle, cups plates,saucepans, air fryer crock pot etc.. People have utilized this area quite well. If your a big cook and want a full kitchen than this will not be your spot. Also no washer/ dryer hook up. But possible use of access to main house washer/dryer. If you want to know more about the space reach out with any questions. I will require a work reference, and back ground check. I also live on the property but will respect your privacy and expect the same back.

This is a private basement apartment that has its own entrance and driveway. You will not be sharing this space with anyone. I will except a couple of friends or family members but will require application on each party. Pets are by approval only and with a non refundable pet deposit. And cannot be left unattended if cry or bark. As this is a peaceful environment and no parties or loud music. Or moving in unauthorized people or having people staying overnight that are not on the lease.
