All bills included (including wifi). Private room in my home (113 sqft). IH 10 & De Zavala area. W/o traffic 10 minute drive to UTSA. Currently furnished (furniture can be removed). Equipped with central AC, central heating, laundry machine/dryer, security system, and Coway water machine. Quiet family friendly neighborhood. Clean restroom in hallway shared with another bedroom. Parking space in driveway available. Damage deposit of $300 Month-to-month, 3 month lease, 1 year lease options available. Available now.
So for clarity, there are two bedrooms that share a restroom in this three bedroom house. There is a third bedroom which is a master suite with its own restroom that I am occupying.
Sorry but the common areas are not dog friendly.

Iām a super chill landlord. Always trying to help out or do maintenance on the property myself. I have one tenant moving in soon to a bedroom next to the one listed who seems like a good fit (tidy & professional).
