The room is fully furnished and even has a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom remodel is phenomenal. The closet is massive. There is even a private entrance patio, with a key locked sliding door, and a patio couch and table.
Our house is comprised of working professionals who are rarely home. We like having a quiet and clean house. We are friendly, but everyone pretty much keeps to themselves and have their own schedules and life.
