The pool and backyard are available for tenants to enjoy. The house is located in Sherman Oaks, just 3 minutes from Ventura Blvd and within walking distance of the park, Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, and the Fashion Square Mall.
No pets allowed. The bathroom is shared but kept extremely clean. Housekeeping services clean the common areas of the house once a week.
About the roomies
Male roommates who are quiet, respectful, and keep to themselves. We communicate well and maintain a peaceful living environment. Both of us work two jobs, so we are usually in and out of the house early in the morning and return late at night. We are clean, considerate, and keep shared spaces tidy.
