I have a room in my 2 bed 1 bath house for rent. It’s a little house downtown in Florence and your half of the rent would be $450 plus a $150 deposit. Other bills are separate so half of WiFi would be $30 and half of utilities anywhere from $80-$150. Water is included in rent and I do have a washer and dryer but we’d have to share a bathroom.

First of all, you have to be cool with cats bc I have 2 lil black kitties, Ham and Honey. They’re really affectionate and sweet and they’re my children lol. I’ve been through 3 roommates in a year bc everyone turns out to be insane, disrespectful and inconsiderate of my personal belongings, or can’t pay for their bills. I need someone who acts like a grown adult, can pay for their own stuff and doesn’t make my life stressful/harder. I’m a clean person, I don’t leave food out, I deep clean once a week and I need someone who will maintain the house with me. I know I sound really strict and in a way I am bc I’ve been treated so poorly and hated coming to my own home, but I’m really chill and laid back and easy to get along with as long as you’re respectful and communicate with me:)
