Hi, I’m looking for a chilled / relaxed house mate to share a large spacious home conveniently located in Mesa - Superstition Springs. House occupants will be limited to myself and successful applicant.

The house is open plan and features a decent sized pool and covered patio that is ready for Summer. House is presented to a well maintained high standard and is extremely neat and tidy.

Rent amount covers 1x Bed room, private den and the main bathroom to be reserved for private use of successful applicant - providing a sizeable private area for applicant to retreat and have privacy. No comparable listing in Phoenix.

Multiple living areas including kitchen and pool are shared space. Please note primary bed room is private and occupied by myself. Spare bed room will remain vacant and used as a home office / study. Please view house layout in attached photos.

Walking distance from private gym, stores and various outdoor leisure areas. Ease of access to various freeway / motorway options.

Please note: that my dog Sydney will be joining me at the end of March / April. Please be dog friendly if applying. Sydney is a super friendly / happy Australian kelpie. Sydney will never shy away from hugs, cuddles and belly rubs.

My name is Ash. Newly arrived to Arizona from Australia. I’m a 39yr old male professional working in copper mining and haulage automation. I work a roster of 4 days on shift and 4 days off shift. I prefer people that know how to have a good joke and a laugh.

Im chilled and relaxed and like to enjoy my free time out doors. I have an eclectic taste in furnishings and art.
