It’s a quiet and safe location near CSUMB. 3 Bedrooms (I am in the smallest one), 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Fenced in small backyard, Open garage, Shed and a small front patio. It’s an older unit but a lot of simple things can be done to make it feel like home! Was hoping to find a roommate or two depending on budget since I’d like to find $1,800 for one or low $1,000’s for two but I am open to finding someone I have a good feeling about. So I can work with what your budget is to be honest depending on the situation. Not trying to take advantage of anyone. Finding a good human being is most important to me. I currently don’t have things furnished since I told family to just take everything that’s theirs. But, am working to find furniture people would need to feel at home such as a bed, tv or dresser. Both rooms have a closet but the larger room has two. I’d like it to be comfortable for everyone and even if I am alone I’d like furnishings around. We can work together. Just message with any questions! I’m sure I posted things incorrectly since I am completely new to all of this. Difficult to take pictures since roommates stuff is lying all around but will work on those. I can take photos and send privately as well until I get better looking ones. It’s a good place to live and nice quiet location.

Hello, first time on here. I was hesitant since I never lived with a stranger before or tried a site like this. I notice verification options and listing options, there is a lot to this so bare with me haha. I had three family members living here and they are all moving out. I figured this would be a beneficial adventure for all involved but can be expensive in this area. I will be here alone so finding someone chill and good to live with would be fantastic. I have the smallest room and don’t mind. So the biggest room and medium room along with the driveway and a bathroom can go to whoever rents. Basically the whole place you can make feel like home haha since I have gotten into the habit of just staying in my room while home. So you’ll have privacy and able to hang out wherever whenever. I am clean and organized while being a bit of a germaphobe sometimes I guess lol. I’ll be a quiet and clean trusting roommate that is willing to help. I like Holidays so decorating my room and bathroom are fun. Feel free to decorate however you want!
