Your room is quite large with a currently non-functioning fireplace, carpetting, and a private door to a rubber roof patio.
The apartment is located on the second floor above a restaurant. Two other apartments are in the building. A free washer and dryer in the basement is shared between the building tenants. Building access is locked by door code.
Background check will be required for lease.
About the roomies
You’ll have one roomate. Im a IT worker in my early 30s. I generally work in office. I like rock climbing, boardgames, and DnD.
