Base rent is $714 with utilities and fees ranging from $200-$275 per month ($915-$990). This is a 50/50 split. The move in date is March 31, 2026, and the lease is for one year. This is in a safe and conveniently located neighborhood (16th St and Bethany Home Rd) near downtown ASU, GCU, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, thrift stores, grocery stores, and more! Not far from ASU Tempe, either. I do not own any pets and don’t plan on getting one, but cats and small animals (bunnies, rodents, reptiles, etc.) welcome! Two cats currently live here (my current roommate’s). The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before you move in. I go to church on Sundays but this is a 420 friendly apartment lol
I’m a 24-year-old recent ASU graduate working an 8-5, Mon-Fri job. I love having fun by socializing, playing board games, card games, or video games, going to karaoke, crafting, and watching TV. I can be chatty, but I’ll enjoy getting to know you :) I can be a little cluttered because I like to craft, but I’m happy to pick up, and I’m never, ever messy or dirty—my mother taught me well! My current roommate is my best friend, and she can tell you more about me as a roommate and person.
