We are a married couple (28F and 38M) offering our spare bedroom for rent in our apartment. The room currently has a bed and dresser which you are welcome to use, but we are happy to remove them if you prefer to bring your own furniture.

The room includes a walk-in closet and you will have your own private bathroom. You will also have access to the washer and dryer in the home. Shared spaces include the kitchen and living room.

We do have two cats and one dog, but they will remain on our side of the house and we handle their care. We keep a clean, respectful, and relaxed household and are looking for someone who is responsible and easy to live with.

I work in sales and am gone on the weekends and throughout the week. My husband is also working in construction and is mostly gone throughout the week with weekends off. The apartment is pretty quiet. We do not have people over often. I keep the place very clean and am looking for someone who will respect that.
