About the room

Hello. I am looking to rent out one or both bedrooms with beds and shared bathroom. The house is located in Mountain’s Edge on intersections of South Rainbow & Erie. A quiet neighborhood near mountains and desert. Parks and trails. Shopping, gyms, schools nearby.

There is available parking on driveway and streets. The house is open for everyone to use. Backyard is currently being worked on. Kitchen is open for cooking. Living room with TV. Washer and dryer. Public computer and printer in loft.

About the roomies

I am a straight male, friendly and social person. I do not smoke or do drugs and hope my roommates do not either. I work full-time in the evenings on the Strip. I am also working on a novel for a publisher in New York. Look forward to meeting you!
