About the room
I have 2 rooms available, this listing is for a single bedroom with a shared bathroom, the other listing I have will be a master bedroom with an en-suite bath. If the other room is not yet taken, we can discuss combining both if you have need of two separate rooms. I am looking for a mature, female or male, employed, clean, and quiet. Must love little dogs, I have two that mean the world to me, and they do bark a little when people come in, but are quiet after they know you. I have a nice backyard with patio, a larger kitchen with room for another person, a living room- shared space sofa with television. This is a great deal for working professionals or students looking for a good deal! Please no party animals as I work early and need to get good sleep!
About the roomies
I am a teacher’s aide, full time employed who enjoys hanging out with my friends and family, baking and watching Hallmark movies.
I tend to be on the quieter side, so I am looking for a roommate(s) who is or are the same.
