On the southwestern side of Culpeper, near the Mountain Run Lake County Park (and pickleball courts!), I have 1, possibly two rooms I would be willing to rent out. Each room would have its own bathroom available with it, but I would ask that all people in the house be permitted to use them as needed. 1 room upstairs, second room in the basement with your own entrance. Room downstairs is currently being used as the gym, but I can find a different place for the equipment, which all residents can share and use (a really nice iFit treadmill. Run/ walk virtually all over the world!). Presently, the basement common area is mostly used for storage, but I’m open to converting it to a common-use rec room for enjoyment of the entire house. Bring your own furniture, including bed, dresser, nightstands and lamps. I have three dogs, and one cat. Two of the dogs are small and my goldendoodle is a medim size (30 lbs.). They’re friendly and love to snuggle!

Roommates can use common areas and kitchen. Second refrigerator and chest freezer in the basement. House sits on 1.5 acres with a fenced backyard.

I’m a Christian man, outspoken about my faith. 47 years old, who is active in my church and athletic. I’m a runner. This means I get up early to do my workout, whether running outside or on the treadmill, so I hope not to wake you! My wife has moved to WV for her job, and I am not in a place to be able to sell this house right now, but if all works out, I would be willing to potentially sell the property in December of 2026, or potentially move out and rent the whole property, not only the room(s). I would like to have a roommate who would be of good moral character and willing to help with maintaining and working on the house. I’m even willing to consider your contributed labor toward rent credit, on a case-by-case basis.
