Hey there! We live in the quiet Mitchell Park neighborhood in Tempe, very close to the park and ASU campus. Our house has 3 bedrooms and a large backyard, and we are looking to fill the third bedroom. The shared spaces (kitchen, living room, dining area, patio) are all fully furnished, though we are happy to discuss if you would like to bring any furniture of your own. We have a small pet door to the outside and are open to pets. No dogs or cats live here currently!

LJ teaches choir, theater, and Spanish at an art school for middle and high school students. Ryn works in a laboratory at ASU. We both value communication and community. It is very important to us that anyone who lives in the house feels comfortable, respected, and like they have a say! We tend to be quite social and enjoy hosting, and often set and respect quiet hours as needed. We would prefer a queer roommate but are open to anyone who is respectful. We would also prefer a roommate who is open to having regular roommate meetings.
