About the room
Spacious master bedroom available in a 3-bedroom house in a quiet, safe neighborhood near the north campus area of University of New Mexico. The house is an older home but very well maintained and comfortable.
The location is one of the best parts, it’s very close to campus and easy to walk or bike to UNM North Campus. Grocery stores and other essentials are also nearby, and the neighborhood is calm and safe. It’s about a 5–10 minute bike ride to UNM North Campus in a safe residential area of Albuquerque.
The room can be rented by one person for $1000/month or shared by two people for $550 each. Utilities are split between housemates. Move-in is flexible between June and August, and the lease runs through next June.
About the roomies
You’d be living with two students. We’re both respectful, clean, and easygoing.
One roommate is a computer engineering student who enjoys rock climbing, hiking, video games, and spending time with friends. They’re often out of the house during the day.
The other roommate is a psychology major who enjoys volleyball, video games, and is very social. We’re both very easy-going but clean and organized people when it comes to shared spaces.
Overall the house is friendly but fairly relaxed, and we’re looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces.
