Looking for someone to move into a 3 bed 2 bath that I am renting in Surprise! You would have your own bathroom and the 3rd bedroom is an office/guest room. Plenty of space for two people. Open to fully house trained dogs who get along with my 65 lb male dog (who is very friendly!)
Move in date is flexible and we will develop a sublease agreement. Youll be listed on the lease as an occupant and must pass a criminal background check ($100 through the property management company)
About the roomies
