Medium room with big closet and two big windows so a lot of sunlight. It’s in a building located close to a bus, 4 and 15 mins away from the D train. The neighborhood is pretty but it does get noisy especially in the summer. I’ve lived here for 10+ years.

I’m a high school counselor, I have friends and family occasionally over but I am mindful of noise levels especially during the weekdays. I am perferabbly looking for someone who likes their own space but doesn’t mind occasional social gatherings. I prefer no smoking of weed or cigarettes. I do smoke hookah so of course that is allowed.
