Bathroom is located in the hallway, has shower and tub with a granite seat, no vanity, lots of space on tile. Rest of house is linoleum, full kitchen access, shared living room. Property has pool, hot tub, gym, dog park space, bbq, and sitting area with landscaping and tables. Parking to be coordinated by current roomate.

About the roomies

One roomate around 40yrs old, one large friendly dog, easy to get along with, musician with off site practice. Very social, kind and considerate. Works regular hours away from home, loves sports and his dog.
