Location: City Heights Neighborhood - area is quiet, one block from Azalea Park, 3 blocks to a local coffee shop and other stores.

4.1 miles to Gaslamp 2.8 to South Park 3.7 to North Park

Also, there is plenty of street parking, you probably won’t park any further than 20 feet from the driveway on a busy night.

Rent is $1000 plus SDGE and water. Internet is included Deposit is $1000 Looking for someone who is clean, the way you see the pictures is the way we live. We both make it an effort to wash our dishes as soon as we’re done eating and pick up or things from the common area regularly.
