Looking for quiet, drama-free roommate for furnished bedroom in 2-br apartment in SE Beaverton. Must show proof of employment.
$50 background check fee for landlord. This will take at least a week. No immediate move-ins. $250 deposit. Must be background checked on roomies.com.
Toilet and sink will be your exclusive personal use. (I have a half-bath in my bedroom.) Shower is shared.
I have a small washer and dryer in the apartment. Paid laundry room on site. Complex has a small pool.
