Spacious master bedroom in a beautiful house on a quiet street. Unit is shared with one other person (me) and my friendly 1 year old pomeranian, Nessie. This is a two-family house. The landlord lives in the other unit with his family and is lovely and kind. We get our own entrance and access to the front porch. No parking available with the house but on-street parking is easy to find.

There is a walk-in kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Brand new hardwood flooring. No laundry in building but there are multiple laundromats very close by, and Star Market is within a five minute walk. Fifteen to twenty minute walk from Harvard and Porter Sq red line stations. Near a park and a lot of cute shops and restaurants.

Pets negotiable. I doubt the landlord will allow a second dog, but my previous roommate had a cat. I love cats and my dog gets along fine with them (though she may try to play with them).

I’m a 28 year old female professional currently working full-time in Back Bay. In my spare time I love to write, draw, play D&D and go running in nature. I am queer and only looking for queer-friendly roommates.

I am a very quiet, responsible and neat person, but I am not very sociable so spend most of my time working or in my room. I don’t mind hanging out but also need my space and alone time.

Female or non-binary roommate in their 20s or 30s preferred but open to chatting with others, especially those within the queer community. Our living room will be unfurnished as it is currently furnished by my roommate who is moving out, so this is a great place for anyone bringing their own TV/couch/etc.

Length of stay is negotiable but I would prefer someone intending to stay long term. FYI: The landlord will likely run a credit check on whoever I choose as a roommate.
