The Pirate Room offers a spacious pirate (rrrrr) themed private space complete with a dedicated full bathroom, queen bed, small desk with office chair, charging station, television, large window, dresser, open wardrobe, table and personal environmental controls. Shared spaces include a large, fully stocked kitchen with dedicated fridge and storage space, comfortable dining and living room, video and gaming room, laundry room, and an indoor/outdoor veranda with hot tub and grill.
We are within walking distance of several parks, a golf course, the natural history museum, the zoo, the botanical gardens, several amazing local restaurants and light rail travel. Gay clubs and bars, Cap Hill, RiNo, Central Park, Northfield, Uptown, Downtown, 16th Street, Tennyson, National Western Complex (on Brighton Blvd), Coors Field, the Buell Theater, Mile High Stadium, Ball Arena, Eliches, Meow Wolf and the Aquarium are an easy 5-15 minute drive, or 10-30 minute bike ride. Basically, all of Denver’s highlights are right here.

Welcome to our home! We’re Teddy and Justin, a friendly, easy‑going couple who love creating a warm, comfortable space for guests and roomies. Both of us work locally (Teddy in USPS and Justin in computer software), so we understand the importance of a peaceful, well‑maintained environment. We’re responsive, respectful of privacy, and always happy to share local tips—whether it’s the best coffee shop downtown or a hidden hiking trail. We are married with 2 boyfriends that hang with us often (all tops).
