Fantastic room for rent in a nice 2/1 in central Fort Collins. Amazing quiet neighborhood/neighbors. Beautiful, large yard. Near shopping, restaurants, dining, etc. I have been renting this home for 14 years and no longer can afford the rent and bills alone. :( Flat fee for room rent & bills. Includes Connexion Internet. I have 2 small doggo’s that pretty much stay in kitchen area and have access to back yard. I take care of the bills, lawn care and anything extra that I put into the house such as plants, etc. Sorry the only couple of pics of the room are just before current roommate moved in and before the new carpet install. The room will be fully cleaned, carpet cleaned, touch up painted and ready to go when you are ready to move in! Better pictures are coming!

Looking for a quiet, clean adult that has a good, reliable job. Someone who helps clean common areas in the home, as well as their space. (Current roommate is really filthy!) I like to BBQ, relax and hang with my 2 small pups mostly. I am a musician but respect others and try not to disturb anyone. Would like someone who appreciates & respects the home, myself and my pups. No parties or gatherings please.
