This is a really pretty house with 4 total apartments. 3 of them are on the second and third floor and they’re all really nice people. Our apartment is the entire first floor (separate from the rest of the house) with a huge living room and dining room, a cute shared kitchen and shared bathroom, and your own bedroom with really pretty stained glass windows.

The total rent is $1,625, so when it’s divided by me and you it will be $812.50 per person per month.

Laundry: We share laundry machines in the basement and have a schedule so each person has a few days a week dedicated for them to do laundry. We also have a porch with couches and a hammock that’s so nice to hang out on in the warmer months.

Utilities: Water, Trash, Recycling, Landscaping, and Snow Removal are included. We split the cost of Wi-Fi, Gas, and Electric.

Parking: There’s off-street driveway parking.

Neighborhood: Our street is pretty quiet, feels safe, and is really close to Park Ave. All the neighbors I’ve met in my time living here have been friendly!

Hey! My name’s Victoria and I’m excited to find a new roommate (my current one leaves for school this summer). I’m in my late 20s, pretty outgoing, physically active, and like socializing. I enjoy making art, playing music, taking care of house plants, and having friends over. I really value having a clean/tidy space and one that feels safe and welcoming for people of all identities. I also have a dog (he’s 6 years old and really sweet but an anxious little guy). He loves other humans and most other dogs. I really value a roommate who likes dogs, and is friendly, communicative, and clean.
