We’re looking to rent out the largest of the bedrooms on the upstairs floor. The shared bathroom has a brand-new marble surround tub/shower. The house has a great backyard with a deck, perfect for enjoying some outdoor time. There’s also parking space available to the side of the house.

A few things to note:

We’re at capacity for dogs with just Gigi. Additionally, I’m allergic to cats, so no cats. The room is not furnished currently but could be for an additional fee. The space is comfortable and modern with a warm charm, and we’re excited to share it with the right people!

A little about us: We’re both 28, and we’ve been working professionals for a while. My husband works as a clam digger and is taking plumbing classes, and I recently got done as a tech consultant and am currently in law school. We live on the first floor with our adorable dog Gigi (she’s small not a puppy). We keep busy with our own work but enjoy hosting occasional game nights and shared dinners, and we’d love to make our home a comfortable and social space.

Our roommates are currently 2 girls around our same age +/-. Everyone is a working professional, and are generally on different schedules, so the home is pretty chill, for the most part.
