About the room

Kelly Ridge area in East Oroville with backyard backing up to dead-end street leading to Bidwell Visitor’s Center with many trails leading from it. (Previous tenant ran every day.) Utilities are 100.00 which include internet and streaming with Netflix and Prime. Full use of free laundry inside as well as kitchen and all cooking utensils (just ask that you clean up after cooking). Room is average-size (see pictures) in a 4-bedroom 2-bath home. Share with my brother and one other tenant. Bath is shared with the other tenant. Must love dogs!!!

About the roomies

I own the property and share with my brother and two tenants (one who left for senior low cost housing). The other is a male in early 60s. Basically, you would be moving into a home with seniors BUT we welcome a compatible roommate whatever your sex or age.

House Rules: No smoking inside (Would be cause for eviction as I am allergic - there is designated area with a couple of chairs outside).
No heavy drinkers nor drug users. No overnight guests unless pre-arranged. Quiet time after 10 pm.
