☀️Kelly Ridge area in East Oroville with backyard backing up to dead-end street leading to Bidwell Visitor’s Center with many trails leading from it. (Previous tenant ran every day.) Please note we are a 15 minute drive to downtown with limited service bus transportation. ☀️Full use of free laundry inside as well as kitchen and all cooking utensils (just ask that you clean up after cooking). Room is average-size (see pictures) in a 4-bedroom 2-bath home. Share with my brother with room for two tenants sharing a bath at other end of house. ☀️Looking for a working person or student to keep utilities costs down (they are included in your rent based on having a working person/student as a renter). 🐈‍⬛🐶🐕‍🦺Must love animals and you, as a renter, are allowed one as long as compatible with ours (owner one large dog and other renter has one small one.) Cat permissible in your own room (I have one in my room) for its own safety.

RULES: No smoking inside nor outside. No heavy drinkers nor drug users. No overnight guests. Quiet time after 10 pm.
