Hello! I live with my shy cat in a top floor 2BR, 2BA newer apartment with wood floors, tons of natural light, and a small balcony with ample plants. The property is very quiet and the apartment has a lot of privacy being on the 3rd/top floor. The space is roomy with an open concept living room/kitchen area, and comes fully furnished except the bedroom you’d occupy. I’m offering a private BR (pretty standard sized) with a good sized closet, and a private full BA for you. There’s additional storage space available in our entry closet and laundry closet.

I have a simple but beautiful space with a fully furnished living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The gated property includes the following amenities: Seasonal pool area; high quality fitness room; community room; pickleball court; “concierge” trash and recycling 5 days a week; and keyless entry. Unfortunately, guest parking in the property is extremely limited, and I’m not able to accept roommates with additional animals at this time.

The rent I’m asking includes all utilities and high speed wifi.

I’m 54, self-employed (work from home) as a marketing communications consultant, am pretty active, a big book reader, and enjoy a neat/tidy home with little to no clutter. I’m not a neat freak, but do enjoy a clean home. I share my space with a pretty shy cat (she’ll need a bit to get used to a roommate).

As I work to build my business, and to improve my quality of life working solo, I’m looking for a similarly aged or older female roommate (retirees are welcome!) to share my home and related expenses — where you can feel like this is your home too. I enjoy cooking, reading, watching movies, drawing, and outdoor and indoor fitness activities. I’m pretty easy going, drama-free, don’t have people over very often (guest parking is a bear here), and am a great conversationalist.

I also enjoy traveling several times a year. I’m hoping to find a roommate who’d be OK caring for my cat while I travel. While I work from home (including taking video calls for teammates and clients), I plan to keep that contained within my own bedroom space.
