I live on 2.5 peaceful acres in Columbia, surrounded by beautiful oak trees, deer, wild turkey and my friendly cats. The house is clean, comfortable and peaceful. The available bedroom and bathroom are located at one end of the house, offering a good sense of privacy. The bedroom is nicely furished, includig a small TV.

The home has central heat and air but in the winter I prefer the coziness of the wood stove. There are space heaters available in the bedrooms and bathrooms for added comfort. There are air purifiers in the shared living spaces as well as the bedrooms. All utilities are included. There is a hard-wired generator so we are never without power.

You’ll have access to the shared spaces in the house, including the kitchen, laundry, and living areas - there is a TV in the sitting room (small living room off the kitchen). There are also sitting area in the front and back yards.

The property is within walking distance of downtown Columbia, nearby hiking trails, the college, and just a 15-minute drive to Sonora.

I’m an older woman living alone and working from home for a software company. My office, bedroom, and bathroom are located at the opposite end of the house from the available bedroom and bath, which allows for a comfortable level of privacy.

I enjoy a quiet lifestyle and spend much of my time outdoors. My interests include reading, drawing, hiking, gardening, and caring for the property.
