I am currently seeking someone to take over my lease at Yugo Grove beginning April 29. I have lived here for the past three years and have had a very positive experience with both the community and management. The unit is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment, currently shared with only one other resident. The available bedroom is the largest in the apartment and includes the largest private bathroom. Lease Details: • Current lease term: May–July • Rent: $779 per month for the remainder of the current lease • Renewal option available for the 2026–2027 term (July 31, 2026 – July 31, 2027) • Renewal rent: $879 per month (still below projected rates and comparable properties) I am looking for someone who is LGBTQ-friendly and respectful of a shared living environment.
