Hello strangers.

Renting out a room in 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse in a lovely 4 unit building.

The building is super quiet, tons of street parking, the room itself is decent size.

Please be decent, respectful, financially stable.

The bathroom would be shared only with one more person (me)

The townhouse itself is very nice, has a patio, central AC/heating, huge living room, a lot of storage compartments.

The room comes unfurnished but might be able to help you out with furniture.

Would add more pictures of the rest of the place.

There is no attached parking but tons of street parking.

The building is pet friendly but I am getting a shiba inu puppy soon so that would be the only pet in the house sorry

The rent is $950 + $950 deposit.

The current roommates are quiet busy people, we could be friends or we could be just roommates. We lived together as a group for almost 2 years and it was great, drama free living which we intend to continue.
