Located in country approximately 12 miles from Yakima.
I have a loft available upstairs with a shared bathroom. There are 3 other rooms upstairs. I live on the main floor.
Rent includes Wi-Fi, electricity, water, sewer and garbage.
Only room for 1 vehicle and absolutely no pets. We already have 5 dogs that live here, so there is no room for anymore. So, you have to be dog friendly. There is a dogs stay downstairs or outside.
There is a microwave available in kitchen and a shared refrigerator for the tenants. I require everyone upstairs to keep the shared bathroom clean, and work together to get that done.
The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
It’s used to clean in move out. The upstairs has its own entrance with combination lock.
I give 30 days to see if it’s a good fit for everyone
I am 57 and my 33 year old son stays here also. He drives semi and is not here too much. The boys upstairs are in their 20s and pretty much do their own thing, they all work and are respectful to others. I will absolutely not accept ANY harsh illegal drugs in my home. If I happen to find out that is grounds for immediate eviction!!
