You’re within a short drive of UCF, Lake Mary, Sanford, and the Orlando airport. Grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, and coffee shops are all nearby. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe, with several parks and trails close by.

The owner (me) is a 24-year-old mechanical engineer working in the Orlando area. I’m generally pretty quiet during the week — work, gym, and early mornings — and I keep the house clean and organized.
