Fantastic 3 bed/2 bath apartment in the Fairmount/Francisville area! On the first floor (unit 1) with the two rooms downstairs and shared bathroom. There’s another bathroom upstairs that’s free to use as well. Rent split evenly is about $733 but flexible depending on your needs. I have two roommates right now who are amazing, but times are tough and they may not be able to stay with me for renewal so looking for one or two new roommates. One mid-size room and another the biggest room downstairs. Totally open to converting the mid-size room into a workspace or shared space (or you can have full ownership).

The Apartment: The lease starts July 1st (with possible flexibility for an earlier move-in). Total rent is $2,150 + $50 required monthly water fee—split between 3 people. Utilities typically run $75–$150 per person depending on weather outside. Private garage parking is also available for $250/month if needed or street parking.

The apartment is technically furnished, but I’m planning some upgrades now that I’ve got a bit more budget this year. Totally open to your own furniture or if you’d like to collaborate on the space together!

The neighborhood’s pretty safe — we’re in a particularly chill pocket of it with lots of families around. I really like it here!

The property management requires a credit and background check at the time of application. I believe the fee is $50? I would need this application submitted as soon as possible!

About me: I’m 32 and work full-time in the office. I have a sweet, well-trained 4.5-year-old German Shepherd who doesn’t beg and doesn’t chew anything that isn’t hers… aside from occasionally raiding my bathroom trash 😭 She mostly just lounges when I’m out and adds a solid sense of security to the house. She gets at least three hours of exercise a day, so she’s happy, fulfilled, and it shows. I’m usually out and about more than I’m home.

Right now, there are two cats living downstairs and the dog and cats are fully separated. We’ve made it work by giving my dog access to the upstairs during the day and switching access at night for the cats. I’m open to setting up a similar arrangement again if needed.

Hobby-wise, I’m into hiking, long walks, biking, snowboarding, board games, and the occasional brunch or happy hour. As a roommate, I’m pretty laid-back but big on clear communication and accountability. We use a roommate agreement to keep expectations aligned, and it’s honestly been a great system for everyone and so hope you’re open to this! Happy to share more information!
