A bedroom with a shared bathroom in a newly built 3 bedroom house. $700 a month with a $700 deposit. All bills are split between us roommates. Friendly neighbors and great nearby areas for dog walking. The lease allows two dogs in the house with a $300 pet deposit per dog and I already have one here. There are two rooms currently available so there will be a 3rd roommate other than myself and potentially you. One bedroom is slightly smaller than the other and it has the wifi router in it so to balance things out that room comes with a spot for your car in the garage. For the larger room street parking is available. There is a decently sized backyard with only grass, bark, and rocks. If you and I think this could be a good fit for you then I would put you in contact with the landlord for a background and credit check then to sign onto the lease. My name is Tate and I am a trade school student and part-time worker. I am a friendly guy who likes to walk my dog, go skiing, and play PC games with friends. I live here with my 4yr old black standard poodle who is very friendly to every dog and person he meets. Unfortunately he does not do well with cats and I am allergic to them too.
