Renting a room in this spacious 3 bedroom and 21/2 bath townhome in a new quiet and safe housing development . It is 2 stories and has a attached 2 stall garage. The bedrooms are currently unfurnished but plan to get them furnished soon. Pictures are current. The 2 open bedrooms are 121 square feet in size and have their own bathroom. It also come with brand new washer and dryers and is a has good size closet space. The location is not far the airport, roughly 10 mins or less and 38 min drive to downtown. There is also a RTD light rail super close by that goes to airport ot downtown
About the roomies
Im open to students, 40+, LGTQ, male or female. Since place is a non smoking indoor place, if person smokes, please do so outside. Also looking for someone that is also good at keeping place clean.
