Located within one mile of the Fry’s food and also Paradise Valley Golf Course/Paradise Valley Community College… so right near Bell Road and the 51 Freeway interchange.

The home is a single-story home at the end of a cul de sac on a one way street, so there’s very little traffic and a very peaceful, super quiet home.

Currently, There is one room available with a shared bathroom across the hall. There is a 55“ TV which you are free to use. The rest of the house is shared, including a large back yard with artificial grass in some spaces, open kitchen with space for a desk or bench still, and one main living/family room with couches/big TV.

I am setting my home up as shared living home for someone looking for a chill, peaceful place to live. We found that shared living works best when everyone is respectful and communicative.

-All Pets considered. -Verifiable income required (Unless paying in advance) -Depo$it required. Willing to work with you/Collateral considered. -Must be able to pass a background check. -Smoking is okay if it doesn’t create strong or lingering odors in the home. -Drinking is fine as long as it doesn’t disrupt the household.

You will meet both roommates and view the home and see if it feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to bring pets and guests or friends when you come by.

Two rooms are likely to be available on 07/01/26 as one roommate has some unexpected family she may need to go back home to for the short term.

Currently, and for June/July You would be sharing the home with one female (35) roommate, and one male/homeowner(49 - works from home). We are both extremely flexible with routines and small noises as long everyone is considerate and responsive. The main concern is that you fit in with the home/roommates and we can always adjust if needed. This is a chill home with no expectations beyond consideration for private/shared spaces. A good amount of sarcasm in the home as well as just good chatting and dinner/movie nights.
