Private room with a spacious walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom in a fully renovated 2-bed / 2-bath condo with a patio/balcony.

WiFi, water bill, trash, and monthly housekeeping are INCLUDED in the monthly rent. The power bill is split in half.

Almost everything is brand new: quartz countertops, high-end appliances, bathroom/kitchen sinks, fixtures, flooring, paint, and blinds. Features solid core wood bedroom doors to reduce sound, in-unit washer and dryer, and a brand-new AC/heating unit.

The common areas are semi-furnished. I am open to sharing kitchen items. Private areas are not furnished.

EXCELLENT LOCATION & COMPLEX: The community is gated, quiet, and landscaped with lots of grass and trees. On-site security patrol. Plenty of parking for residents and visitors. Your parking spot is uncovered.

I work full-time and travel. I work in the office and work from home. I travel occasionally for work and personal reasons.

I’m pretty quiet. I don’t have groups over for parties/entertaining, and prefer not to. I like the home to be a clean and comfortable place to recharge and relax.

Occasional visits from friends/family are fine. I enjoy spending time at home to cook, make tea, relax on the patio, or watch TV. I’m pretty clean but not a neat freak, I usually spend ~20min in the morning and evening tidying up. I sleep around 11 and wake around 8.

I’m in a LDR, so my main guest would be my partner for ~2-3 days every month or so.

I want to have a no-shoes household. I’m also sensitive to strong artificial fragrances (air freshener plug-ins, laundry scent beads), so I prefer these not to be in the home at all. Candles/incense/essential oils are okay in common areas on occasion.

Safety & security are important to me, so I ask that all guests to the home are well-known and trusted! My ideal roommate would be a student/young professional with a stable job.
