This is a brand new quiet house with two levels. Downstairs has a kitchen, one full bathroom, and one bedroom where my dad lives. He lives alone and stays mostly downstairs. Upstairs has four bedrooms and two bathroom. I am renting out three of the upstairs rooms. The upstairs bathroom is mainly for the tenants, but if it is occupied, the downstairs bathroom can also be used. We have dogs, but they stay downstairs with my dad. There is a small door separating the stairs so the dogs do not go upstairs. The dogs are very calm and friendly. The house is quiet and comfortable, great for someone who wants a peaceful place to live.

About the roomies

This house is new building house. My dad lives downstairs. He is quiet and mostly keeps to himself. He has dogs, but they stay downstairs and do not go upstairs. Upstairs has four bedrooms. I keep one room for myself, but I am usually not home because I travel and work a lot. The other three rooms ( bedroom 1, 3 & 2 ) are for rent. This is a quiet and respectful home. We prefer tenants who are clean, responsible, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. No parties or loud gatherings in the house. We do not cook in the main kitchen. We have set up a small cooking area in the garage where tenants can cook. Looking for someone who wants a peaceful and clean living environment.
