This is a quiet brand new house with two levels. Downstairs has a kitchen, one full bathroom, and one bedroom where we live. Upstairs has four bedrooms and one bathroom. I am renting out three of the upstairs rooms. The upstairs bathroom is mainly for the tenants, but if it is occupied, the downstairs bathroom can also be used. We have dogs, but they stay downstairs with my dad. There is a small door separating the stairs so the dogs do not go upstairs. The dogs are very calm and friendly. The house is quiet and comfortable, great for someone who wants a peaceful place to live.
