This 2-story condo is an AirBNB that is being repurposed for long-term housing! That means it comes with a variety of amenities - Internet, washer/dryer in-unit, TV in every room, back porch, pool, and free parking! It is fully furnished and comes with a fully stocked kitchen (cutlery, cookware, appliances, etc). Just think of your typical AirBNB! It’s in a safe area with close access to Walmart, HEB, and lots of food options and coffee shops. We’re also right next to an 803 Bus Stop, allowing for easy travel if you don’t have a car.

The room you’ll be staying in is fully furnished and is pictured. You’ll be sharing a bathroom but we keep things very tidy and there’s never been a problem with conflicting restroom times/cleanliness.

I’m Layla, a third-year advertising student at UT! I love music, fashion, movies, and going out with friends. I also love riding my bike around our neighborhood and having a smoke sesh in the backyard <3

My roommate is my good friend, Michelle, who is also a student at UT. She’s an avid reality tv watcher (you can always watch Vanderpump with us) and just a fun girl to be around!

Neither of us has any pets. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and hate Trump. We both like to keep our shared spaces clean and always remain respectful when it comes to any issues with the house!
