The house is a three story house…. There are three rooms upstairs in the house… I live in the basement of the house… But I am looking for 2 roommates for the other 3 rooms… There Is a nice large backyard… Off. Street parking and a garage available… The house is in the south park area , very close to downtown or a walk to campus… Smoking is a deal breaker…. The roommate does not smoke and the landlord does not allow smoking..
