Currently, there are two tenants in the house — both guys, between 27 and 30 years old. One works in Beverly Hills for an electric bike company and has a girlfriend. The other is a PhD student at USC. They’re both usually out of the house from around 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.

They’re responsible, easy to communicate with, and generally keep to themselves. One of them doesn’t cook at all, so the kitchen is not heavily used.

You would have the largest room in the house along with your own private bathroom, so you’d have plenty of space and privacy.
