$900 per month is for a single room and shared bathroom, kitchen and living room space. There is an option to rent out the whole basement for $2,000 per month.

We live in a large six-bedroom home and open rooms for adults that are just making their way in life. Me and my fiance live upstairs in the master room and we have one roommate already upstairs. The family downstairs is leaving and now we have an entire basement open for possibilities. We are renting one room at a time but are open for families that would like the entire three-bedroom space or multiple bedrooms. There is not a separate access yet, but that is something that we are budgeting for, however, there are two different entrances into the house, one through the garage and downstairs or one through the front door and downstairs. It’s a cute corner house with decent parking spots, close to Jordan landing and easy entrance to Mountain view corridor.

Me and my fiance and the other roommate upstairs are pretty chill. We’re very introverted and we kind of do our own thing. The only time we ever see each other is if we tend to cook around the same time. Honestly, we’re looking for someone that needs a space that has a decent job that can pay rent, is kind and respectful, knows how to communicate and wants a relaxing, chill no drama environment.
