The house is a 2,300 sqft ranch style on .25 acres, with a fenced and forested backyard. The entire house has vaulted ceilings, including the rental room.

The room itself is 135 sqft with 13ft ceilings and a large, south-facing window that keeps the room looking bright all day. It also has a large closet, stays naturally warm in the winter, and there’s a ceiling fan for when it gets hot. You are allowed and encourage to repaint (neutrally).

The bathroom, which would be exclusively yours, is directly across the hall from rental room. Your room is also on the other side of the house from the master bedroom and the room I’ll be using as my office, so we’ll have separate areas.

Just myself, 38M who owns the property. I work from home for a clinical research organization. Also included with the house is one very sweet dog, who does well with smaller animals and young kids.

My brother had been living with me, but he’s moving for a job. So hoping to find a replacement roommate since it’s been nice having a little extra each month
