Perfect location for anything really. 2 minute drive to downtown, Ringling, New College. Gas station close by has a taco truck. Walking distance to the Mable and Memories. No more construction on 41. Short walk to Indian Beach Park also.

Upstairs bathroom is shared but there is another half bath downstairs.

I currently live alone and pay everything myself. I work full time on a regular schedule so I sleep at normal hours on weekdays. Weekends I tend to stay up late playing video games. I rarely have guests. I like to go out on occasion but usually keep to myself.
