About the room
This is a large 5 bedroom, 4 full bath house in Fairway Canyon. It is modern and upgraded. Three single adults live there –one male and three females. There is an upstairs bedroom with a private ATTACHED bathroom AND private balcony (pic of private balcony in front of house and last 4 pics are of this room) available approx May 30th for $925/month plus $925 security. Rent includes all utilities plus WIFI (water, sewer, gas, electric and trash). Use of all common areas (kitchen, laundry, den, etc) Looking for quiet, clean, honest, male or female with stable income. We can start with 3 months and see if it’s a good fit. Can do month to month or longer after initial 3 month trial.
About the roomies
It is a clean, quiet household, no overnight guests, no kids, no pets. Everyone is respectful and mature.
