I’m looking for one roommate for my sunny and cozy 2 bedroom apartment in Bushwick. I love this apartment and I hope you will too! The apartment is in an amazing location about a 10-20 minute walk from just about everything in Bushwick.

The room faces the backyard and gets direct sunlight. It also features a massive walk in closet and has a fire escape with access to the roof.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with two large skylights in the shared space. It also has a dishwasher and in-unit washer dryer.

The shared bathroom has a bathtub with a large sink, and I’ve never had any issues with hot water.

I’m a 27 year old woman, and I’ve been living in NYC for 5 years. I have a background in theatre production and acting, and now work in non-profit fundraising. I also run a small local indie theatre company with a few talented friends!

My job is hybrid, so I will be working from home part time. I have a very sweet and playful kitty! She has lived with other cats, so I would love her to have a friend. If you have your own cat, that’s a bonus.
