Roomies should be very self sufficient, respectful, dependable, clean, honest, and have the ability to take care of their rental space and the shared areas. We will meet with all roomies prior to move in. All furnished rooms will come with a bed, dresser, and night stand. Each room can be furnished or no furniture at all. We will work with you to make your private room a comfortable place to live. We are interested in great tenants that will take care of the property.
