Lovely apartment home located on Hampton Lake. Wonderful view and great location relative to Bluffton. Easy access to Savannah and Hilton head! Screened in balcony. Fantastic kitchen. Modern appliances. Great Amenities. Fast home internet (way faster than I’d ever need 😂). Separate bathrooms. Walk-in closet. Laundry?… No problem! Washer and dryer machines already inside the home (surprisingly quiet). Safe and clean community with 24/7 courtesy officer stationed from local Police Department.

Leases over 7 months preferred. Unfortunately, I am unable to consider couples, visiting children, or pets at this time.

About the roomies

Organized, clean, and friendly! I try to keep clutter to a minimum and am looking for someone who also wants a nice, peaceful home to return to after work! Preferably looking for someone in their 20s (I’m 24). Full-time waterman operating out of Hilton Head island ⚓️⛴️⛵ so, in other words… I work a LOT 😂(probably too much). For fun I enjoy washing my car ☺️, watching a good movie, country dancing in savannah, and going on boat rides. I meal prep and do basic chores at night. Off days are for errands and relaxing at home.
