Shared living area is fully furnished. The house has a two car garage with plenty of storage space. There is parking located throughout the residential area on a first come first serve basis. The rent price does not include the cost of internet or utilities. The room will be available on August 1st of 2026.

My name is Scott Simpson and I work as a Chemist. My girlfriend, Melanie Ly, lives with me and she is a veterinary technician. We like to keep a clean house and are open to social gatherings.
